Inclusion of women in leadership

Inclusion of women in leadership occurs when women are treated fairly and respectfully, have equal access to opportunities and resources, and can contribute fully to the organization’s success.

Who plays a role in inclusion of women in leadership? We all do. Women and men in leadership roles, executives, and board members. As more and more organizations are understanding the benefits of women in leadership roles, the level of interest on the topic is rising.

Coaching on inclusion of women in leadership is part of a movement toward equality and inclusiveness. This movement will lead to continued education, opportunities for women, and increased awareness to others as they share new insights and understand benefits for all.

Leadership

Being a leader others want to follow requires a few key skills. One must share a vision of the future along with the ability to inspire others to believe and connect with the vision. An effective leader genuinely focuses on others ongoing development and ways to build and sustain a cohesive team.

Confidence

Confidence can be the key to success and living the life you desire. Many people go through life not even realizing how much they allow others to influence their life and how they feel about themselves. Consistent confidence is the platform to a happier life.

“For the first time I feel in control and believe it is because of the coaching sessions I had with Shannon.”
